Job Description

1. Participate in a 2-3 month technical training program in China, covering cutting-edge technology fields such as, injection molding, die-casting, process principles, machine structure, material properties, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, maintenance and upkeep and and so on.
2. Rapidly enhance professional skills and project practical abilities through hands-on practice, project case analysis, and one-on-one mentor-ship.
3. Have the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of existing company projects.
4. Enhance understanding of China's technology industry culture and promote technical exchanges and cooperation between China and Indonesia.

General Requirements

1. Fresh graduates with education background in mechanical engineering, automation or related majors are preferred, and candidates who have graduated 1-2 years ago are also welcome to apply.
2. Past internship experience in plastic injection machine, die-casting machine and CNC machine will be an advantage.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds.
4. Willing to take challenges, with good logical thinking, teamwork spirit and cross-cultural adaptability.
5. Willingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this role.
6. Fluent English is a must.

Specific Requirements
