Job Description

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to prevent machine failures and minimize downtime.
• Analyze root causes of machine issues during operation and provide recommendations for corrective action to supervisors.
• Modify machines to enhance production efficiency and operational reliability.
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports and assist in developing preventive maintenance plans.
• Review machine history records and assess minimum spare part requirements.
• Implement the ISO MTC program, coordinate the implementation of 5R, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum education requirement is D3 in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics

• Oversee the packaging and slitting operations to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product specifications.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and respond promptly to any quality-related issues to uphold high product standards.
• Configure and continuously monitor machine parameters for packaging and slitting processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and operational consistency.
• Ensure product quality by validating roll dimensions and thickness uniformity.
• Lead, coach, and support the slitting team to ensure precise and consistent execution of work procedures in accordance with best practices.
• Proactively identify early indicators of defects, perform thorough inspections, and maintain detailed records of quality deviations.
• Execute comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to uncover underlying issues and implement corrective actions that drive ongoing process and product improvement.
