Sebagai seorang Tobacco Trainee Anda akan bertugas untuk mengevaluasi kualitas tembakau baik dalam masa pembelian maupun sebelum di produksi menjadi rokok. Ketelitian, kesabaran dan kemauan belajar mengenai tembakau menjadi hal dasar yang harus dimiliki agar dapat memilah dan memastikan hanya tembakau terbaik yang dipakai.
