Job Description

Job Responsibility

• Supervise the progress of the production process, and ensure that the production plan is achieved;
• Responsible for employee training in the workplace, instructing employees to work according to process requirements and work instructions, and mastering production progress;
• Implement self-inspection and joint inspection of products, effectively control and prevent substandard products, and reduce losses;
• Analyze and handle abnormal process in a timely manner, corrective and preventive actions are implemented to ensure that quality products are delivered on time;
• Responsible for production line management, standardize work attitudes, employee appearance, and ensure the implementation of 5S;
• Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards;
• Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.

General Requirements

• Male/Female;
• Bachelor's degree or above from any major within 2 years relevant experience;
• Has strong leadership skills;
• Logical thinking, having strategic mindset, willing to learn, outgoing, good at hands-on work;
• Understand laboratory usage procedures;
• Able to use English as a working language.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of the production line;
• Be responsible for machine trouble shooting on equipment, recover primary states and assure the primary accuracy;
• Optimize equipment and fixtures to improve efficiency;
• Obey the work arrangement from the supervisor;
• Able to create/modify Programmable Logic Controller (PLC);
• Daily maintenance of equipment;
• Record abnormal data of line body.

General Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma III/IV or above with major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Design, Engineering or related;
• Outstanding graduate or more than 2 years working experience;
• Familiar with the application and working principle of common electrical components, pneumatic components, sensor, and mechanical components;
• Understand equipment assembly process;
• Able to use English as working language.
